The Hubs and I have been experimenting with pesto and white sauces in the past couple weeks. We had a less than successful attempt at making a pizza at home with Trader Joe's whole wheat dough, pesto sauce, and mozzarella cheese. It ended up being kind of dry and bland.

It was really good! I was pleasantly surprised. It was moist and cheesy and the white sauce had a nice light garlic flavor. Also: it still tasted awesome when I reheated a couple slices for lunch the next day.
