We happened upon Otto Pizza while out in Portland, ME during Labor Day weekend. The pizza was very good. I got a slice of the three cheese tortellini pizza and The Hubs had a slice of the pepperoni. I had never had tortellini on my pizza and was pleasantly surprised! They had a lot of other cool toppings for their slices (check out their website!). The Hubs liked his slice, but thought the cheese and tomato sauce could be more evenly distributed.
My slice of tortellini pizza is above and the Pepperoni is below. I think my tortellini slice shows the "uneven" distribution of tomato sauce and cheese more clearly than the Pepperoni slice. I didn't mind the distribution of sauce and cheese. I thought it was great the way it was.
I was pleased to find out on their website that they have a couple locations in the Boston area, so hopefully we can have Otto pizza again sometime soon!
